Religious Education Christian Education is a vitally important part of our ministry to the faithful and those looking to learn more about the church. St. Stephen's has a well-rounded program designed to inform the inculcate the basic principles and tenets of the Christian faith as set forth by the Episcopal Church. Church School with class from Kindergarten through Junior High, meets each Sunday, September through May, following Holy Communion during the 9:00 Family Service. The Nursery provides an opportunity for parents to attend Sunday service together and have their little one supervised in a playroom setting. There is no fee for the use of the nursery. Parishioners with young children are encouraged to take advantage of the program. The Nursery is open for both the 9:00 and the 11:00 o'clock services. Held throughout the year and supervised or conducted by the clergy are Confirmation classes, Inquirer's classes, Bible Study, and special programs such as those during Lent and Advent. We welcome active participation in these programs aimed at enrichment and growth in our Episcopal heritage. Inquirers' Class: as announced. Adult Bible Study: Fr. Dage conducts Bible Study following the Holy Eucharist/Healing Service on the 1st, 2nd, and 4th Thursdays each month and at 7:00 p.m. on Thurday evenings.
